Database Update

This page is to be used to update customer details in your email Campaign Manager:

1. Email address
   This is mandatory – MAKE SURE IT IS SPELT PROPERLY AND COMPLETE.
2. Full name
   Useful as a lot of campaigns use the first and the last name.
3. Status
   This is where you change a Prospect to a Customer (or even a Past Customer).
4. How did they hear of us?
   How did the customer hear about you?
