We’re excited to share that Portsmouth Technopole is now part of The Trafalgar Group.
The sale completed on Friday 16 May, following its transfer from the University of Portsmouth, who have played a key role in supporting the site and its business community over the years. We’re proud to be taking on the next chapter of a space that has helped hundreds of local businesses grow.
Technopole first opened in 2003 with a clear purpose: to support start-ups, entrepreneurs and innovation-led companies with flexible, well-located office space. Since then, it’s become home to a wide range of businesses – from digital firms and training providers to creative consultants and growing teams – all making the most of its great location and welcoming setup.
Now part of The Trafalgar Group, Technopole sits alongside Gatcombe House in Copnor and Northshore in Chichester as part of the group’s growing workspace offering.
Each location has its own feel, but they all share the same values: simplicity, flexibility and good people behind the scenes.
We’re not here to change what already works well. Our aim is to listen, learn and build on what’s already in place – while bringing new energy and a few thoughtful improvements along the way. From meeting tenants and refreshing communal areas to improving connectivity and usability, we’re focused on making Technopole an even better place to work.
