1. How long do I need to sign up for?
   • 12 months with a 3 month break.
2. What does the rent include?
   • The rent includes the service charge, security, heating, electricity, gas, water, buildings insurance and building maintenance.
3. How much do you charge to hire a meeting room?
   • We charge £25 per hour plus VAT.
4. How fast is the broadband?
   • We have a 100 meg leased line.
5. Is there parking on-site?
   • Yes, there is plenty of parking and there is no charge.
