Knot or Fist – that is the question!

It’s going to be a beautiful weekend here on the south coast so whilst you’re sitting aboard your boat in the sunshine, cold drink on the table, music playing and water lapping, why not try your hand at making one of these. 

Now I’ve heard people referring to them as ‘monkey knots’ and ‘monkey fists’.  I’ve seen them attached to keys, on deck-shoes made from the ends of laces, and hanging from zips on clothing.   

Let’s see if you can make one, and then post a photo on our Facebook page.  The best (and maybe even the worst) attempt will get a bar of posh chocolate in the post.
