Boat Club Trafalgar Seasonal Support
Are you aged 18 or over and looking for some fun and exciting outdoor work this summer? Boat Club Trafalgar are looking for seasonal support from May – September, with training starting in April.
This is a truly fantastic opportunity to join an enthusiastic, happy and supportive team whilst gaining valuable experience working within a young and dynamic business.
The ideal candidates will preferably have some basic boating skills, ideally but not necessary have a Power Boat Level 2 certificate.
Typical working hours would be 4 – 8 hours, 2 – 4 days a week predominantly across weekends and public holidays.
Applicants need to be flexible with working hours, i.e. some days they are required to come in earlier or work later depending on workload on the day.
Based at Trafalgar Wharf on Hamilton Road in Portchester the role will include:
- Helping out on the pontoons
- Preparing club boats for members to use
- Cleaning & fueling club boats
- Assisting members departing from Trafalgar Wharf pontoons
- Greeting members back at Trafalgar Wharf
- Helping members with mooring back alongside
- Supporting with on-site events
